SUMMARY PROCEDURE FOR ACCREDITATION

1. Make a Formal Application & send it along with the Application fees of AU$ 500.00. Please use Form

2. The applicant certification body is required to comply with the requirements of ISO 17021

3. The Applicant sends the Manual & Procedures of a CB to QCRL for review.

4. QCRL shall review & comment. If require, QCRL will require the Applicant to amend & respond against the Review Comments.

5. QCRL shall do the Office Audit at the Applicants Site along with the witness audits.

6. The Applicant shall pay the Assessment Fees of AU$ 1250.00 along with the Travelling, Lodging & Boarding Expense of the Auditor.

7. Based on the Audit report QCRL shall grant the accreditation or do the Follow up Audit.

8. The applicant shall Assess & grant Certification but do not need to send the Paperwork to QCRL.

9. The Applicant must Inform QCRL at weekend, of all the certificates granted by the applicant.

10. The Applicant shall pay the Per Certificate Fee of AU$ 125.00 to QCRL on monthly basis. QCRL shall raise the Invoice in the name of CB against the same.

11. QCRL shall conduct the yearly Surveillance Audit on Applicants Site.
